Tours:

Do I need any experience to participate in activity?
– No, you can be total begginer. We do brief school before the activity and our team is making sure to assist anyone until they are on their own.

Can non-swimmer participate in such an activity?
– Of course, everyone can do Stand up Paddling and Sea Kayaking with the life vest provided by our team.

Do you provide life vests?
– Yes, all sizes. Life vests in Croatia are not a mandatory as being on the sea on such an activity is safe, but you can always have an life vest if you ask for it or if you are a non-swimmer.

How to book a tour?
– Check the availability of a desired date by clicking on a date and number of participants. Then click book now or swnd an inquiry through the contact form and wait for reply.

Does it get cold at night?
– During off-season, we suggest long sleeves if you’re participating in activity during the night time. Mostly April until first half of May and late September and October.

Do I need to wear shoes for Stand up Paddleboarding or Kayaking?
– No, in either case they are not necessary. You might want to bring watershoes for walking on our beaches in Split as they can be a bit rocky.

Do you have a changing room?
– Yes, right next to our hut, there is a beach changing room?

Is there a place where we can leave our stuff?
– There is a lockable storage at the beach right next to our hut where you can safely leave your backpack and sensitive items.

Is there a toilet?
– Yes. Since we are located on a campsite beach, you can always use campsite toilet.

Do you offer wetsuits?
– Yes, only in early season and post season time if it’s quite cold, you can have one on demand.

How much the tour lasts?
– Most of the tours last anywhere between 2-3 hours with an exception of Cetina river which can last 5 hours along with the tranfer which can take up to 1 hour altogether.

Do you offer a pickups?
– We do pick ups and drop offs in Split center free of charge for every our tour! With that said, you can always choose to come by your own transport to the starting point of the tour.

Are there any photos taken during the activity?
– We are not professional photographers, but we do take a lot of photos which would be shared with all participants after the tour. We take photos with GoPro or Phones. You can always bring your phone to take your own pictures, but waterproof cover for the phone is advised on every tour.

Any recommendations for the tours?
– Bring a change of clothes, towel, bottle of water. Sometimes there are small mosquitos when it is really warm, so any mosquito repellent gets the job done. Bring waterproof pouch for your phone if you want to take the pictures by yourself. If you wear medical glasses, you want to tie them up with some sort of a bungee cord, so you don’t lose them in case you fall in the sea.

How far is your Sup & Kayak Center from Split?
– Stobreč is a small suburbian town located on the very east side of Split. It is actually a part of Split, but if you want to measure the distance between Split center and our place, you’ll get 5KM or 3miles in distance.

What makes your Sup & Kayak Center different?
– We started off as a first & only Stand up Paddling Center in Split. Our boards are hardboards SUP which are made personalized, straight from the factory, according our needs. Boards and other equipment is made for everyone to use, whether you are begginer or advanced paddler. Center also runs as a club with dedicated, experienced & licensed Sup & Kayak instructors where you can learn how to properly paddle, use & navigate on the sea with various equipment.

What can we rent at the location?
– You can rent Hardboard Stand up Paddle, Kayak, Pedalo Boat & Big Sup.

When you are open for the rent?
– We usually open weekends during the May, but we are officially open 1.6. – 1.10. for any equipment rental at the location, excluding bad weather days.

Is it safe to paddle around the area, does it get trafficy on the sea?
– It is the safest part of Split to be on such an activity. Boats and other vessels are rare to pass by as there’s no reason for them to come close to the river.

Is there a restaurant nerby in Stobreč?
– Yes, you have nice campsites restaurant and quite a few different restaurants & bars around our place.

Payment / Cancels:

How do I pay for the tour?
– Choose the tour, click the desired date, number if participants and click book button. Lastly, follow the instructions for processing the payment and you are good to go! If you have any inquiries, send us a WhatsApp message or email.

What if there’s a bad weather, do I get refund?
– Of course, you will be fully refunded. Most of the time, you will be contacted one day before, or on the day of the tour, preferably in the morning if forecasts are showing bad weather and you will be offered with reschedule if possible or full refund. Note that we have 10+ of professional experience in tracking the weather itself and always checking 3 different weathering channels plus the experience will give us most accurate predictions wether or not the tour will happen. Of course, there’s always a chance of missing the forecast by a degree. Tours routes are made to be passing along the coastline and there is always a possibility to exit to the shore.

Can I cancel last minute?
– You can always cancel your ticket, but to get a full refund, you would need to cancel 7 days before the start of the tour, so we don’t take the spots for others.

My payment doesn’t get through?
– It could be many different reasons, but the best bet is to try one more time and if doesn’t work, contact us as there is also option to make payment via Paypal, Revolut or Cash.
